Our product managers review the questions, feature or change requests on a regular basis, however we don't guarantee that we can answer all questions or consider to implement feature or change requests.

Currently there are no trackers on Service Desk where you can create new issues. You can add a tracker to Service Desk under the "Configure" menu of the tracker.
