If your Jenkins jobs use Maven navigate to Manage Jenkins -> Manage Plugins -> Global Tool Configuration on your Jenkins installation and go to Maven section and just add a name and click on Save button.

On your Jenkins installation navigate to Manage Jenkins -> Manage Plugins -> Available tab
If your Jenkins jobs use Maven it must be ensured that Maven Integration plugin is installed.

In the filter type codebeamer
Select the checkboxes next to the required Codebeamer Plugins and click on Install without restart.

After the installation is completed the codeBeamer plugins can be used by Jenkins jobs.
