I still don't understand the difference between managed and unmanaged Subversion repositories

Probably add the explanation:

- codeBeamer must have file-level access to managed repositories - managed repository must be created by codeBeamer or primed by codeBeamer (see converting non-managed repositories into managed ones)

TDB:

replace The Subversion access URL i.e. file:///C:/CB-4.2/repository/svn/My_second_project

wth http://.... URL
