What is a Multiselect stylesheet?

multiselect-all.css file provides a common style for the multiselect/singleselect components like: Tracker Item filter, Project, Tracker and other filters etc.
We use this component in the whole system, but we can customize it in the subcomponents.

Let see a few page where the multiselect/singleselect component is used.
