Resizable Panel View

The Panel View and the Detailed Panel View are resizable. By hovering the mouse over the separator lines the size of the layout can be customized by dragging the line. The custom views can be saved, otherwise the view is restored to its default size when navigating away and back to the view.

Tracker Item Templates

It is possible to create a template from a selected tracker item. The values of the selected item are saved and can be easily reused with the template. All configured tracker types support the creation of item templates, except document and test run type trackers. Tracker item templates are stored with the tracker in which they are created. The templates are private by default but can be made public.

Improved Attachment Handling at ReqIF Import

When importing ReqIF, it is not possible to overwrite embedded images.

New Test Result Status: Not Applicable

Test step and test run results can be set to Not Applicable in case certain steps or runs are considered not relevant. Test steps with Not Applicable results can be ignored.

Improved Shared Field Management

When adding filters, shared fields can be more easily distinguished in the UI.

Shared fields can be easily created in the New custom field menu via the Create shared field link.

Easy Filtering by Table View Columns

Column filter is a tracker item filtering function that allows faster and more transparent filtering. When a view is saved, the applied column filters are saved as well. The column filter function is only available in table view and needs to be enabled manually with the Show Column Filters check box.

Exporting Tracker Views as ReqIF

It is possible to export a tracker to ReqIF together with a tracker view. Default, public, or private views can be selected for each tracker.

Customizable Project Export and Deployment

Project admins can customize which trackers to include in a project export, and whether to include the tracker configurations as well. When exporting a project for deployment, the settings can be saved in a file, that later can be used for deployment settings.

Selecting Reviewer Role Automatically at Signing

If a user has multiple roles, the role is automatically selected during a signing event, based on the reviewer field.

Using Data from Downstream References in Computed Fields

It is possible to aggregate data from downstream references in a computed field. Relevant changes to the downstream items trigger recalculation automatically.

Machine-to-Machine Authentication

With machine-to-machine authentication it is possible to use a token for authentication without any user interaction.

Improved UI for Ordering by Outline

Tracker items can be easily ordered by outline by selecting the Tracker Outline option in the Add Order by drop-down menu.
