Review Items
To review (accept or reject) items in the Review Hub, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Review Hub and open a review:
Each user will see only those reviews in the Review Hub to which they have access, that is, the reviews in which the user is included either as a reviewer or as a moderator.
If a user is included in a review (depending on the review settings), the system will send an email notification to the user about the review. The notification contains a link to the review. You can also open a review by clicking the review link in the notification.
The selected review opens.
2. On the review page, accept or reject items using the or icons:
In case you want to reject an item, it is mandatory to add a comment to the item. When you reject an item, a pop-up window opens where you can add your comment:
In this window, you can also select the type of the comment (comment, question, problem, or proposed change) and the users or roles to whom the comment is visible.
Click to save your comment.
You can also add a comment to any item by clicking the icon next to a review item. Note that comments will be added to an item within the review not to the original tracker item.
3. To accept or reject all review items at the same time, click the or icon in the top menu bar:
In case you want to reject all items in the review, a pop-up window will open where you can add your comment about rejecting the review items. In this case, your comment will apply to all review items as a general comment.
