General information

• Supported browsers are IE11, Firefox and Chrome.
  • Legacy IE browsers are not supported anymore.
  • Please make sure you turn off Compatible mode under IE11
• Oracle 12 is the only supported Oracle Database platform
  • Oracle 11 is no longer supported
• For MySql installations it is strongly recommended using/upgrading to MySql-5.7, with older versions (5.5 and 5.6) only automated tests are executed.
  • MySql Performance optimizations are performed only for MySql-5.7.
• MariaDB is supported but not recommend to use it on Production environment
• It is recommend to use/upgrade to Java/JRE 1.8 version to archive better performance on your production environment

System Requirements

Operating Systems

Windows, Linux and Mac-OS on 64-bit x86 architectures with at least 2 GB memory. 32-bit systems are no longer supported.

The amount of memory required depends on the number of concurrent users, and the data in the system.

Virtual Systems

codeBeamer 8.0.0 is tested with VMware ESX-4.1 and ESX-5.5 and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2).

codeBeamer 8.0.0 Supported Browsers

In all browsers, Javascript must be enabled to use the full functionality of codeBeamer.

Starting with codeBeamer 8.0.0 old Internet Explorers version are not supported (IE8). Please upgrade to the latest stable version of Internet Explorer 11.
