Requirements - 22.10-LTS
Before upgrading to codebeamer 22.10-LTS, consider the following recommendations:
- Run the upgrade procedure during the weekend, because the procedure takes several hours.
- Create a database dump of the existing database.
- Check existing projects and processes in a test environment before production rollout.
- Provide more than 16 GB memory for Java process if the given instance has more than 4000 trackers.
Important changes in codebeamer 22.10-LTS:
- Modified test step fields in test case trackers might block the procedure to upgrade to 22.10-LTS. Consult the support team for more information and read the Check Test Step Reuse at Codebeamer Upgrade wiki to learn how to mitigate the possible upgrade problems.
- JQuery is upgraded to the latest version.
- Froala editor is upgraded to the latest version.
