codeBeamer 9.1.0 - General information

GDPR
- Starting from codeBeamer 9.1.0 disabled user perferences can be sanitized without backward compatibility.
- Starting from codeBeamer 9.1.0 permanently delete Work Item from Trash without any Trace is configurable in general.xml but this will affect onto the existing Baselines as well. Critical information may be lost, please use this at you own risk. general.xml - Trash section
- Disabled accounts can not be reactivated again.
- Disabled user's name will not be sanitized for LDAP related users to prevent unwanted authentication via LDAP
Slack Integration configuration was changed in 9.1.0 please update your existing general.xml or use the System administration tool to set up Slack integration properly.
During Document Edit not saved Work Item data are stored in client Browser Storage Cache which limit is browser dependent. (9mb in Google Chrome).
Main Menu Toolbar will not be visible for Service Desk users with only one associated User Group.
Agile Planner and Cardboard performance has been improved.
Work Item details / Downstream References tab no longer accepts custom Views and Work Item deadline ability was completely removed.

During a Test Run Restart codeBeamer will no longer copy all previously attached attachments automatically because of performance and disk usage. Default Maximum size is 10mb but this is configurable in general.xml. For more details see documentation of Re-running Tests
