General information for codeBeamer 9.1.0
  • Perforce and Mercurial SCM repositories require special Support Contract
  • Apache Tomcat has been upgraded to 7.0.85 version
  • TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor was completely removed and replaced by Froala WYSIWYG editor
  • Apache JETT API is no longer updated and not maintained anymore and will be deprecated starting from codeBeamer 9.1.0
  • Rest API Interface have changed, please check your already implemented external applications compatibility before upgrading to codeBeamer 9.1.0

System Requirements

This page describes the hardware and software requirements of codeBeamer 9.1.x. For general requirements, please refer to the wiki page titled System Requirements.

Operating Systems

Windows, Linux on 64-bit x86 architectures with at least 8 GB memory. 32-bit operating systems are no longer supported.

The amount of memory required depends on the number of concurrent users, and the data in the system.

Virtual Systems

codeBeamer 9.1.x versions are tested with VMware ESX 6.5.0 and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) using Oracle Corporation;1.8.0_151;25.151-b12; OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM;

Supported Application Servers

codeBeamer is shipped and tested with Apache Tomcat 7.0.85.

It is recommended to upgrade to Apache Tomcat 7.0.85 version because of the known vulnerabilities.
